Should Dreugh king set be also improved for us lazy people?

This:

"- Toothrow and Treasure Hunter: Increased the Weapon or Spell Damage these sets grant to 171, up from 100.
- Rattlecage: This set's 5 piece bonus now grants 171 Spell Damage, up from 100."

Should Dreugh king set also receive some sort of an improvement to be consistent with other constant buff sets? If so - how? Perhaps not necessarily a damage boost on the 5 piece?

The biggest issue of this set is that its Heavy Armor and thats nothing that can be easily fixed.

I could only think of stamplar or stamcro using it when you don't want to use 2h in pvp.
Or the magicka version, if you hate degeneration.

But the 2-4 piece boni are good for a malacath build.

You mean apart from using weapons and transmuting the jewelry?

Yep. Stamcro is pretty heavy on constant rebuffs if you want to play it like a summoner - Skeleton / Spirit mender/ Armor/ Siphon / Rally. Saving one or two skill-slots of those buffs makes it actually fun.

I think part of the reason they didn't buff its 5 piece in a similar fashion, such as Rattlecage as a somewhat better example, is due to it already having a secondary bonus separate from passively providing Major Brutality.

"When you kill an enemy, you gain Major Expedition for 8 seconds, increasing your Movement Speed by 30%."

that bonus is only really good for pve. where you'd be using potions or getting a dk to provide it anyway. i think it could use another bonus, just make it a stam rattlecage imo

Dreugh King Slayer already provides Major Expedition when killing someone in addition to Major Brutality.
I am not opposed to a buff to Dreugh King Slayer though, since it's often hard to justify wearing it when Rally/Forward Momentum and class skills have better secondary effects.

Change the major to minor brutality and add a 250 wep dmg bonus on 5pc now it can stack with a major brutality source like molten, surge, potion, momentum.

Huh never thought of that. Part of me honestly wouldn't mind a change like that for all of these type of sets. I know the Minor buffs are basically an incentive for group play by brining in the four base classes at least but introducing sets that provide the Minor buff for like solo or smaller group content doesn't seem like too bad. Or introducing new sets with those buffs works too.
