Visual Bug from Alkosh Set?

I play a fun Templar tank. He wears a alkosh set on his body. My weapons don't glow (don't have the visual effect).
Is that a Bug?

I mean at other sets, it's not nessesary to wear the set on the body or on rings and weapons to get the visual effect of the set.

Why is that on alkosh a thing?

Best Regards

It's the weapons themselves. All of the MoL weapons/shield have the glow. Twilight remedy does.

Separately, the Infallible Aether 5-piece, as well, has the pink glow only when the weapons are equipped.

Ah ok. Thanks for the awnser.

But thats made no sense to me. The main job from the visual Effekt is, that your group mates know, that you wear Support Set XY. It's kinda annoying that you are forced to equipped it as a weapon.

It is just a nice visual effect added to the MoL weapons, not an indication you are wearing one of the sets. It applies regardless of how many pieces you have equipped and only to that weapon. It also applies to the slot the weapon is in if you use an outfit (darkens colors and adds the blue smoke/sparkle effect).

But why just the Mol "weapons"?
When I wear just 4 pieced of alcosh the effect doesn't show up. So your theory that you just equip one Mol weapon and the effect triggers is wrong. You need to wear a full 5 piece set. But the visual effect is just show on the weapons when you wear a alkosh weapon.

On Ebon Armory for example it's not nessesary to wear the 5 piece set on the body or weapon to get the "red orbs" effect.

Don't understand why they do this on the Mol sets.
