i very much like my necro and both of my wardens! i play the necro and one warden as a healer and my second warden is a full ice mage for messing around. (dont worry- i didnt get the trifocus passive and i dont take her into trials or vet content)
but these paid classes are a slippery slope:
they have to be strong enough to warrant the purchase and balanced each update to keep them interesting and viable, but not so strong that they are pay to win.
IMO zos has done an excellent job keeping these classes in a wonderful place while balancing the aforementioned slope.

Healing Seed change is logical. You expect X class to benefit from a synergy activation of a passive Y class has.
Find me a class skill from the other classes that allows such thing.
There is no other class having an ability passing a skill passive to others.
Is so crazy to demand this staying in game, is similar to Templars demanding that anyone activating Blazing Spear synergy to benefit from my Burning Light passive.

You got it all wrong. The nerf is that the passive wont be trigerred o n thr Warden itself(on the caster) for healing others with the synergy

There is one thing that Warden is “missing” atm which is PvE viability as an ice mage, and arguably the Vvardenfell theme ought to be ditched.
Warden is a strong class in Greymoor.
it's lacking interesting class skills other than fissure, since every other skill is just a copy pasted version of another skill. it's really good right now because it's mostly weak class skills have been heavily supplemented by several raw damage buffs.
