Torug's Pact:

This set’s 2 piece is now Armor, rather than Spell Damage.
Increased the cooldown reduction for enchantments to 33%, up from 30%.
Increased the potency of enchantments to 90%, up from 30%.

90%?

Is that a typo?

    This will get changed before live, I guarantee it.

    If not though, tanks might be switching to infused+torugs with crusher backbar.

    I literally thought the same thing but well, some stuff has gotten major buffs so its almost par for the course. But man that's a huge jump.

    With changes to alkosh now torugs looks to be good to craft now

    If I read alkosh change right might not need torugs because the armor crushed is based on the initial hit of alkosh proc.

    I think this is the scariest change in all of the patch notes.

    This could be nicely balanced in PVE. Regular Infused Crusher is 2108 armor removed, and old Torugs only added 632 to that. This was pretty useless, only about 1/5 of the 3010 from Alkosh. Now the new Torugs removes 1897, which is a more appropriate value for a useful debuff set, and still only 63% of Alkosh with the limitation of one target.

    We will have to see how it works out in PVP though, that is where enchant procs have caused issues before.

    Widowmaker: This set now deals 19728 damage over 5 seconds when it procs, rather than 7740 instantly.

    Yes but was not because of torugs being strong but because of enchants procing of dots. Main offenders here was dual wield with double damage enchants (poison+disease at full strength back then - now it's halved) and werewolves.

    I'm really happy to see change like this.
