Undeath passive Not working - Please test

Can someone please verify. I tested incoming damage numbers against Dreugh in Stormhaven and at Rivinspire add camp near Sanguine Wayshrine. Incoming damge was the same number at 15% health as it was at 95% health.
Could someone else confirm please?

✭✭✭✭What stage vampirism? It will reduce the total damage done to you by a maximum of 15% (at rank 1, 30% at rank 2) based on your missing health at the time damage is dealt to you when stage 3 or greater.Edited by mairwen85 on July 12, 2020 7:30AM0 -

Tested at stage 3.
There was no reduction based on my missing health at stage 30 -
