Can someone please verify. I tested incoming damage numbers against Dreugh in Stormhaven and at Rivinspire add camp near Sanguine Wayshrine. Incoming damge was the same number at 15% health as it was at 95% health.
Could someone else confirm please?

Tested at stage 3.
There was no reduction based on my missing health at stage 30 -
