Can someone please list what stats a combat pet summon inherits from the player stats or link?

I've seen fragments of discussion and am planning a pet Sorc build so wanted to know for certain. Any help would be appreciated. If this has already been answered on another thread, please link.

maddiniiLuna✭✭✭✭As far as i'm aware that goes for:
- Critical Chance
- Critical Damage
- Maximum Magicka
- Spellpower
- Movement Speed
I'm pretty sure pets have a fixed independent resistance and life. Also set's that increase Light Attack damage do not seem to effect Pets (same for Maelstrom Staffs).7
