Can someone please list what stats a combat pet summon inherits from the player stats or link?

I've seen fragments of discussion and am planning a pet Sorc build so wanted to know for certain. Any help would be appreciated. If this has already been answered on another thread, please link.

As far as i'm aware that goes for:

• Critical Chance
• Critical Damage
• Maximum Magicka
• Spellpower
• Movement Speed

I'm pretty sure pets have a fixed independent resistance and life. Also set's that increase Light Attack damage do not seem to effect Pets (same for Maelstrom Staffs).
