Antiquities Leads - Drop without Skill LIne?

I did some research but could not find any conclusive point. Does the leads drops automaticaly to any account chars or must have the Antiquities Skill line active?

✭✭✭✭✭And just in case you don't know already, the leads are time limited to 30 days, then they disappear if you've not used them. You can always get them again though.2 -

Any toon can pick up leads with or without the skill line. Those without the skill line just won't be able to scry or dig them.1
