the one with the stragglers mythic item, and malacath band that I probably can't mention here

The noobs don't experience PVP as a group, they don't have a good time, and they don't come back. And that's on the PVPers who are unwilling to group pugs, not on ZOS.
that's like saying endgame PvE raid groups should take my 20k dps PvP build with them to vet trials.
I would call that a bad analogy, but it's so nonsensical it doesn't even qualify as an analogy.

just gonna have to say, pve players are just as toxic, there is just a much larger group of pve players so the toxicity isn't as easily noticed.
That being said i've met way more chill people i enjoy chatting with in pvp than i have with pve. especially when you find those hardcore pve players that wanna push scores and get content done first attempt etc. Overall the toxic wow community that came to eso is prolly a big part of this issue, but it's part of the reason im strictly pvp now.

See, I just don't get that. I've played a few MMOs. Outside of Deep Space PVP in Star Wars: Galaxies, this is the only game whose PVP I enjoy. It actually ties into the story, has clear objectives, and rewards players for creative ways of out-thinking each other. There's plenty of just players wailing on players, and that can be fun for a while, too. But Cyrodiil actually kinda feels like it means something. That's fun.
For me it’s a challenge to get into... no matter how much I might want to
The learning curve is steep... no one likes “learning by dying” especially in a toxic atmosphere - one BG with a *** in your team is enough to turn anyone off PvP - I mean has anyone ever found abuse is an effective teaching too? (And yes this also applies to PvE ).
ZOS do themselves and the game no favours by making it as time consuming, difficult and expensive as possible to switch a character from a PvE set up to a PvP oriented one.
It’s the same story every day... While some of my guilds have been very active in MYM in the past, none of them were bothered this time round.
Even more than PvE trials progression, you need some kind of PvP progression groups unless your idea of fun is zerging round the same 3 outposts in Cyrodiil over and over and over again....

I've found the opposite. PVE players seem more chill for the most part that I'e met and just want to have fun no one cares which alliance you're on and there's a lot of just crazy randomness like one day I logged into Davon's watch to see a whole lot of people dancing, playing instruments and all sorts of random stuff. I loved that. Most pvers I've met her were good people and I do have some friends who are pvpers and met some decent ones but I've also met far more people were on the end of well I find the pvp side burns me out too quickly from all that and it's why I've never been able to stick to it. Makes me end up hating playing this game.

could just be the ppl we played with. i found a group of good players that wanted to get better pve wise, but they took it all way too seriously and ended up making me HATE the pve side of it.
while i get your statement about the people running around playin instruments etc, thats more of a rp thing than just a pve thing. when i say pve player i mean someone that goes and attempts the content, not someone that logs on for 4 hours shoots the *** in /zone chat and logs off. those people are the ones that spend money on all the stupid little *** in the crown store and keep the game alive. i play the game to accomplish something and take my time up. not to sit there and have a social group dancing on tables in a tavern that is not to be named
unlike the pvp players i've met who generally wanna get better, but dont take losses too badly. most of the pve people i met raged hard, or got upset easily when dying in pve.... ya know assuming they did their jobs. but thats the other part of the issue for me. i wanna do a raid i need 12 people who know what they're doing to get it done semi well. in pvp i can take myself and one other and kill 15 people and defend the keep, if someone dies, we dont HAVE to get em back up and follow mechanics. PVP in my eyes is much more challenging, but much more fun overall because it's not gonna be the same old zmaja mechs etc etc etc
