Still being attacked by NPCs if I have WW slotted (not active, not transformed recently even)

This bug has been around since Greymoor dropped, if you even have the Ulti slotted you will get a bounty even just walking near NPCs. Even if you slot it and it's at 0%. Please tell me this is a bug because Vampires are free to walk around in cities bounty free but I can't have my WW slotted even unless I want to get mauled by guards and NPCs?! I went to The Rift, gave someone a WW bite, came OUT of transformation and went back to Riften to trade. When I got there I got a bounty and a guard chasing me (I was mounted at the time) so I hit behind a building. I waited and then reloaded my ui just to check if that fixed it. I walked in front of a normal (yellow tag so able to be attacked/attack me) to test it and I stand in front of her and low and behold she starts attacking me. My WW ulti was at 0%. Can we get a fix for this PLEASE? @ZOS_GinaBruno

✭✭✭✭✭It is a bug and it has been reported. And as far as I know it has nothing to do with Having WW ulti slotted or not.

How it should work: You get a bounty if you transform into werewolf and some one (NPCs) sees you in WW form.
Bug is: NPCs & Guards do not refresh your status, so even if you transformed into WW in a remote part of the zone, did your business and transformed back to human form (no bounty accumulated), the justice system will still "think" that you are running around in WW form. That is why NPCs will make comments and you will get a bounty. Because the game still "thinks" you are in WW form (despite being not) and does not refresh it.
The only way to force the game to refresh that status & fix it is to change zone (port to different zone, enter delve, enter home etc), or re-log (log-off to character select screen & login back).Edited by Tommy_The_Gun on July 3, 2020 11:01PM1 -
AliRay✭✭✭Thanks mate. Hope this gets fixed soon, it's super annoying and not really sure why it happened all of a sudden since it never used to be a thing and WW has been around for a while lol0
