Im having the same feeling. Since day one goldspammers appeared ive been ignoring and reporting them.
Ignore ive been told is account wide. Its like by the time im done ignoring and reporting theres already another one spamming exact the same line, which means yet another account.
This in turn means they payed zenimax for that account, why would they wanna stop that, by all means goldspammers, buy accounts.
Then on another note, one can only imagine how many of you idiots actually bought from them they can afford that many new accounts.

That or ignore isnt account wide at all.
Loving the game, i can take the bugs no problem, but these bots swarming in every single *** dungeon and getting spammed to death with mails and chat is far from enjoyable.
