3 players in same house social banned due to internet problems

All three of us live together and play on separate computers/accounts. On or around June 20th, we were in a group together and our internet started acting up. We got dropped from the server several times in a row. Afterwards, we noticed we couldn't post in group chat. We assumed it was a bug at first, but the problem never resolved itself and we noticed more things were broken like mail and trading. We never knew we were social banned until I Googled it. :(

It's been more than a week and we haven't heard anything. We were in the middle of Greymoor and everything.

3rd person (@AlexTheFallen) filed a ticket in-game but is unable to sign into the support site.

    Try using a different browser if unable to sign in, @mesna ... ZOS Support will not respond to in-game tickets nor forums posts without a ticket number.

    Both tickets are still waiting in the queue to be processed by a support agent. As mentioned before, the recent high volume is leading to longer than normal response times.
