Social ban for spamming wall repair kit in Cyrodiil?

So I came back from Cyrodiil to do dailies and I can't see the guild bank / store options and not even shop in guild traders. I could before joining Gray Host.
Looking online it seems I got hit with something called a Social Ban?
I haven't received any mails or notifications regarding the cause or even saying I was banned.
This happened on 06/26/2020 and I am still unable to access the features that the ban prevents you to use.
