As far as a build, too many factors to go willy nilly. What do you plan on doing, pvp, pve.. group play, solo play, large scale conflict, one on one... There isn't a one build fits all. You only get 6 active skills after all

Sorry for not being enought specific, for most pve solo/dungeons and a little pvp (i guess can change a couple of skills later to that). I have a 15 sorc and 15 dk, but can make a new too yeah.
By the way, i want to focus more in dps with the bow, leaving the heal mostly for helping and emergency heal in dungeons

SirPuppingtonVonHat✭✭✭✭✭Its not a bad start by any means; the only thing I would change is your spell selection. Endless fury should be on your first bar to give you a second execute ability on the same bar, and you might want to consider Boundless Storm on it as well for an escape to compliment Magnum shot. On the second, you should have one of Dark Exchange's morphs and Powerful Surge; exchange will take care of any mana problems you might have, and Surge will buff your staff heals as well as your bow attacks.
