I absolutely agree. Searching for a guild based on its listed activities is extremely frustrating, particularly as the guild list isn't in alphabetical order.
That would definitely help, though I'm not sure how they'd limit what categories a GM could list their guild under. Some guilds are social and do literally all those things, so while the obvious answer might be "limit how many categories a GM can list their Guild under", it would prevent the Guilds who do all those from selecting them. Of course, that's not much of a problem really; the GM of a social guild could still list everything they do in the description field, while only selecting the categories they focus on most like Questing, Dungeons, and Housing.Kittytravel wrote: »Dusk_Coven wrote: »And text search for the description. Both of these could be refined by not allowing every guild to put themselves in every category just to grab members.
The amount of guilds I've seen listed under "Fishing" "Roleplay" "Housing" "Justice" or "Questing" that literally do 0 of those things as guild events is hilariously astounding.
