The NPC will not talk to you
ReloadUI
Camp
Relogging
Dropping the quest (and having a friend share it with you again)

Does not fix the issue.

Please note if you do drop the quest, she will have a quest marker over her head to give you the quest but you still cant talk to her to get it.

This quest has been bugged for over 72 hours now. It's stopping half the zone from being accessed and preventing people from doing veteran content. ZoS is apparently aware of the problem (example being that ZOS_Ulysses even edited the post above mine) yet isn't giving us any information whatsoever on whether it will be fixed any time soon. This is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen at a launch.

ARMY OF MERIDIA STILL BROKEN. Going on 3 weeks broke now, I can talk to the groundskeeper but the meeting inside the chapel never starts all NPC's just sit there
