Scourge Harvester Style Pages?

I have searched and can find absolutely no information about where these drop, whether it is a better chance on veteran mode, hard mode, etc.
Some people were saying it was Veteran Wayrest Sewers 2, however I have run it 5 times now and no one in the group got either the head OR shoulder style page. The shoulders were much higher drop chance I thought. Would be really nice if ZOS announced this sort of thing.
Also would be helpful to know if the shoulders can also drop from the Undaunted Key Chests and if so which one?

https://www.elderscrollsonline.com/en-us/news/post/58315The Scourge Harvester Mask Style Page has a chance to drop from the last boss in the Wayrest Sewers II dungeon. The Scourge Harvester Shoulder Style Page can be obtained after the player has completed Wayrest Sewers II by either purchasing it for 50 Undaunted Keys from Maj al-Ragath or as a chance from Maj's Mystery Coffer for 1 Undaunted Key.
The info is usually in the showcase. Shoulders do not drop from the dungeon. The drop chances for the mask also aren't too high, so not getting it in 5 runs is fairly usual.Edited by Raisin on June 26, 2020 3:15AM2 -

✭✭✭✭✭The style page drops at a higher chance if you've done vet hardmode, but the drop rate for that is still really low.
The shoulders can drop from Maj's coffers, or you can buy it outright for 50 keys.0 -

The II versions of dungeons have never had a scroll.
It's always an "extra" condition that must be met for HM.
