The Game is unplayable for people from South america

Some some reason the game just start laggin ALOT.. Like we had 20146504 ping.. Everbody teleports, bars dont swap, skills get out after 5 seconds

No.. isnt my internet.. All other games works fine.. the party works fine.. youtube.. twich etc etc.
Yes.. i have all the ports for eso open in my router.
Yes.. im using google dns (8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4.)
Yes.. i reset my router.. my game... my console.. i even called my internet provider.. told them to reset my internet from there to change my ip or something

Its horrible.. since monday i cant just play.. Had to cancel my raids.. and do nothing..
Its something about where i live.. becouse when that lag starts.. all people that i know from the same place (I live in Brasil) starts lags also... We have a full brasilian team.. this monday we had raid.. and 8 outta 12 players we had couldnt stay on for more then 10 minutes.

I dont know what it is.. and how it fixed it.. but im reaaaally very close to just drop this game that i have beeing playing for 4 years..

Please give some attention to this.. PLEASE

Sometimes it just feels like the game decides it won't let you play no matter what you do. I already had to leave groups in the middle of the content because whenever I arrived at a place with more than 11 players my game would freeze and I was kicked to the start screen, and it wasn't just me, with almost all the Brazilian players that I know.

I can vouch that very often during prime time some of my team members from South America experience ridiculous lag and disconnects. We actually had to have him sub out Monday night because he couldn't walk 10ft without a disconnect....

This is how i have beeing "playing" the game last month or so. This week i couldnt even do quests..

Is soo frustrating.. Got all my raids canceled ( i raid 7 days per week.. i run a discord with more then 800 people with focus of help get more people in raids, i run my own guild with 4 teams ).. And to be honest im just about to give up on this game.. and trown my hole 4 years and all my money that i spent on it... just trow out..

So tired of submit tickets.. and get ignore or get somebody in costume service telling me is my internet..

For us Brazilians the game is a sorry state. It's simply unplayable.

My team had scheduled two raids this week and we were unable to finish both. Everybody got dc'd at least once, some of us multiple times.

I'm not even gonna start talking about PvP game perforce. This has been broken for a long time now, and sincerely I don't think it will ever get fixed. This week I tried to play cyrodiil and IC, and I had massive delay on my skills even when there wasn't other players around.

I just try to use a VPN everytime this happens (during an event, prime time or the first 2 weeks after they launch a new DLC/Chapter)
I have sent an uncountable amount of tickets referring to this problem (mainly bad routing) without any solution (besides reseting my router)

isnt just me.. and couple of people that this happens.. cant just coment on foruns.. becouse de suport doesnt sent invites.

I try everthing.. try to delete and download my game, open the ports in my router.. use diferent dns.. i even paid a VPN to see if was that the issue.. i turned off the power of my house.. to break the energy circuit.. took everthing outta power..

Its no way is a xbox problem.. as at the same time that issue is happening in eso.. i can play all other games using inernet with no lag at all.. everthing works.. twich.. youtube.. the division 2.. everthing.. JUST ESO DONT.

I live in the middle of the US. I ping various Brazilian cities between 150-250 ms. I normally ping in the PC NA server( i know your on console) at 70-110 ms. During this event i have been pinging at 100-350ms NOT in Cyro.

Some of the lag is because of the event and some of it is because of your distance from the server/infrastructure, and their may be a third reason as well. But both of those will be contributors.

I live on the east coast US and no changes in latency outside of Cyrodiil. 90-110 ms for me. I admit that I have not had reason to pay attention to it, either.

That freeze and lag issue.. is idependent of the event.. that already was happening before the event..

I did open a ticket yeas.. and they keep telling me to do all thos things i already did..

In one of those videos you can see me inside a house.. with just the dummy.. and i was having terrable delay..

Its just unplayable.. If i get in a trial.. i crashs in the FIRST ADD PULL..

I keep getting crash.. into a character screen.. wich doesnt make sense at all for me

This week i couldnt play AT ALL.. is soooooo frustrating.. Im in quarantine and cant even play eso.

I tried exacly EVERTHINGGGGG on the book you guys told me to do... literaly everthing..

Everthing works.. twitch.. youtube... other games (the division2, the witcher, fifa).. everthing.. but in eso.. is laggy the way i show you guys in the videos..

Please... help me and couple my friends that is having this issue (that cant coment here becouse they dont recive the invite yet)

This weekend i:

Reset my xbox to fabric configuration.
Reset my moden to fabric configuration.
Changed my xbox ip adress.
Change the gateway from my moden.
Change the ip adress from my router.
Re open all the ports in my moden (i did a "hack"thingy when i by passed the firewall.. to make sure all the ports will be there).

My xbox nat was open.. I had Ipv4 and Ipv6 able in my xbox.. My download speed was 200+ mb/s .. my upload speed was 80+ mb/s .. 0 packege loss.. 110 latency..

All my games worked fine... But in eso.. i was lagging

I use othe account in my xbox.. and was lagging also.. so isnt a account issue..
I loged in pc account.. and wasnt lagging.. so is a Xbox NA Megaserver issue.

I played normaly until 7est ish.... and after that.. the lag and crashes begging...

Its ALWASY 7pm to 12am est.. EVERYDAY.. always..

this weekend wasnt diferent.

i raid with many people from South America like Its chalman, Blauzin, Hugog92, Reinaldostyle and Gnaboa and all keep always crashing at the same times and when they don’t crash immediately they can’t stay online for more than 10 minutes. Its Chalman is leading 3 Core Groups and a Guild on Xbox NA and none can Raid right now because lf this, that’s almost 34 people who have to cancel every night. So please Zos look into and fix this!

Ok.. i learned one thing today..

On Pc NA i am having the same issue... and its a ping issue!!

My ping in PC NA is usually 130 to 200 ping and play normally..

I logged in there.. and look

999+ ping... Yeah.. looks like my internet and ***.. but.. look this..

I logged in EU server and:

260 ping (wich should be normal as i live in Brasil.. wich is closer to NA.. )

So.. something is making my ping sky high.. around that time!!

any ideas guys?!?!

I have at least 6 Brazilians friends that are considering to stop playing this game due to performance issues.

This dude spent his whole weekend researching and trying to figure it out what's is happening. And apparently all he got from you is "we'll contact you eventually".

Solving the problem of @its_Chalman ticket can potentially help A LOT of players from south america.

I can imagine his frustration.

A word of caution. If you don't want people to know where you live, and that could be down to your neighborhood, do not post the first 3 or 4 lines of a trace route in public. This information is not "gibberish" to everyone who looks at it. The same goes for "pathping" except you have to omit the first hops in both sections of the results.

hi!

Im playing(or trying) in console NA Xbox plataforma.
After this New Chapter, idk, game is unplayeable for me.

I disable recording, pictures, sound, combat text, everything... But is not normal laggy ir dellay.

After this, i was stucked in loading screen for few days. And was not my internet conection, config or wherever. Others game was ok, Eu serve ok, Just NA.

Was like, in an instance, and every single person, adds, Boss, in another diferent instance.

I Hope can you guys fix this, or Will take a break the game.
