Lost time, crown coins and even the guilds I joined on all characters.

I logged on today (6/24/2020) after the servers went down and found out that I lost time at least 72 plus hours on all my characters, lost items that I had gotten during this time and have lost over 5000 crown coins, my skills are not where they were. I am also in guilds that I had left and not in the guild I join (even though the roster shows on a friends account that I am in that guild) I also cannot use any guild merchants. I am sure there is more stuff that is missing. Is there someway to fix this?

    Have you created a ticket?

    Before that have you restarted your game?

    Okay between the ticket that I submitted and reboot pc and game again it seems to have been fixed.

    The reboot is probalby what solved it. I doubt the ticket was in long enough to have Zos take action on it.

    The important part is you are fine now. That is good. Remember, restarting the game and sometimes the PC solves some issues.
