Infinate Loading Screens and Falling glitch

I keep getting infinite Loading screens making me force quit the game and then re log in. This is my first experience with an MMO (Yes ESO took my MMO viginity) but I cant imagine this being comman place even in other MMO's is there any fix for this? or is there something in the pipeline to get this patched?
Also I had a bug not so long ago where I went into the mages guild in glenumbra and then the screen turned blue so I used /stuck as couldnt move and when i went to nearest wayshrine i got the same thing again so relogged and was hit with MAJOR fps drop and I was constantly falling so had to use /stuck AGAIN and that sorted me out but still had major FPS drop so quit the game completley and made sure my grapics drivers where up to date. Its find now but I honestly think its ridicoulous that our items have to loose durability when we have to use /stuck.
So any awnsers for the above?

Actually, things like these are commonplace in other MMO's. Crashing/lagging/stuck while changing zones. If its more than 5 mins at the loading screen, just alt-f4 and restart the client.0 -

The infinate Loading screen however does bother me, I had no problem with this before and now its cropped up0 -
