Can't launch game.

I recently purchased this today and also downloaded this. However, when it says its 100% done and play becomes lit. I click it and it produces a loading sign next to my mouse but after a short while nothing launches and the play button becomes lit again. I have restarted my computer and internet ect. Also, tried the repair tool to no avail. Someone else please tell me they have had this issue and tell me a fix. Thanks. (It's taking time from my subscription)

Have you updated your video drivers, direct x, etc? When that used to happen to my old desktop on a couple of games it meant that my computer itself could barely run the game if at all. Sometimes updating the sofware can help.This is my Signature, but not really because I didn't sign it with a pen and its not my name.0 -
InThAzOnESoul ShrivenI ran the beta without problems whatsoever as well as other high-end games. I don't think thats the problem. However, i will in fact look into direct-x as well as other drivers for outdated versions.0

david4pdx_ESOSoul Shrivenim beginning to feel like i wasted $60 on this game. none of the suggested fixes in the forums are working. hopefully something will roll out patch wise to fix this or i wasted 1 and 1/2 days trying to fix it.0

I had some problems getting the game to launch as well. Turned out there was Malwere on my computer. It was called Linksicle, and was preventing the ESO client from loading/installing. Check your computer programs list, you may have the same problem I did.0 -
