Error 210 & can't repair

I keep getting error 210 on the launcher, even when trying to run the repair option, which is the recommended "fix" for error 210. I'm losing an entire weekend to this error.

Have you tried starting the launcher in administrator mode ?

Also make sure that your firewall/anti-virus software is deactivated while performing the repair - don't forget to activate them again once it's complete.

I have tried both of those, yes. It's like the launcher can't connect to the game servers, even though there's nothing wrong with my connection.
