Since the FOV-mod is ok to use , are stereo injection drivers for the Oculus Rift also legal?

I'd love to be able to use my Oculus Rift display to play this game. It's such an immersive experience when used with Skyrim and I know TESO would be awesome aswell. But since this isn't an addon but a .exe that runs in the background I am afraid of getting my account banned if I use it.
The drivers modifies the cursor to be connected to the headtracking, and it splits the picture into two, one for each eye (to get the stereo 3d effect).

I know there are more people who would like to use the rift with this game, and some probably is already, I'm just worried that it might get me banned and I would be grateful if the TESO team could look into this.

Belrim✭✭✭as far as i understand, any mod, that does not change the base game mechanics or give unfair advantage, is ok.
personally cannot even use this, since my left eye is blind.Early bird gets the worm, but second mouse gets the cheese.0 -

I would think so since they already have 3rd person mode, and using the rift limits what you can see ingame unless you turn your head and look at it. I'm just afraid the autocheat software they use will think it's a hack and ban my account...as far as i understand, any mod, that does not change the base game mechanics or give unfair advantage, is ok.

I'm sorry for your eye, although I think that you will be able to utilise the rift when the consumer version is released. Your brain is probably used to only looking at the world with one eye so I think the rift would still be a good experience for you. Interesting to see how it would work nontheless, so if you get a chance try out it
