Curious why no dedicated In-Game staff to ban the bots and spammers

This isn't another complaint about the bots and spammers, there are plenty of those.

It is a serious question ---
Why are Zenimax not raking in the $$ off of these bots and spammers?

Think about it .. Each time one of them is banned, they have to buy another account to replace the banned one.

That's $$ for Zenimax Every time they ban one.
Even if they hired people to run around the game finding and banning these people - at $30/hour, all they would have to do is ban 2 of them every hour to cover the cost.
And anyone who actually goes to the dungeons knows - they could easily ban 20 any hour of any day of the week.

So .. honestly Zenimax, why no direct in-game action /staff for this?

If zenimax bans them too fast they won't buy another account. They need some time to mortalize (is that the English word?) the investment.

Zenimax could drastically reduce the amount of tickets though, saving tons of time of the customer service. And improve gaming experience by 100% to keep subscribers.

Sadly they don't think that way. They want to sit it out until they developed a solution.

Stopping them buying accounts / being in the game at all - is a stated "Top Priority" of Zenimax.. so this is a No Way To Lose option.

"Sadly they don't think that way" - Too True.
They claim it is a top priority to get these people out of the game - but they never say they want them out of the game because they harm Our Gameplay experience..
They seem more concerned with fighting the cheaters than with getting them out of the game so the rest of us can enjoy it.

The problem with this line of thinking is the fact that the vast majority of goldseller accounts made are done with stolen card data.

Nothing actually goes back into the game.
Let me guess, someone stole your sweetroll...
Everything I say is just my opinion. Like it or not - that's all it is.

How is that a problem with this line of thinking?

Regardless of how they get the account, they need to be Banned.

And you're the Second person to bring up stolen accounts, yet I haven't seen a Single report of anyone having their account stolen yet.

So either it's so rare we don't hear of it - or the account thieves are also Kidnapping the people they're stealing accounts from, so they can't tell anyone.

Every banned account that is replaced, is an account purchased.

Even if they were stealing all of these accounts, the users they were stealing them from would be buying the accounts.

I don't credit the concept that they are stealing them - maybe stealing credit card info, and buying with that, but banning them in no way changes any aspect of that.
They would still be forcibly removed from the game - this just gets it done Sooner rather than Later.
