You might be touching on an issue that gets a lot of people upset here, but it is an issue that needs addressed.

I'm in spellscar trying to level up and I'm on PC btw and literally hitting my ultimate it just straight lags and my FPS drops. I reset my modem, did a speed test( they can be unreliable) and the servers are still terrible

Yeah. I know dem feels. Can always try a tracet and see where your data is going and if it being routed like ass the ISP can fix that... Issue is getting the ISP to help you. I had that issue with comcast so my lag went from 300-350 to 100-150... But yet in wow I run 60-80 at all times even in raid.

So Eso is just ESO. Tends to run laggy it is a feature and it just works like tom howard says.
