I'm in spellscar trying to level up and I'm on PC btw and literally hitting my ultimate it just straight lags and my FPS drops. I reset my modem, did a speed test( they can be unreliable) and the servers are still terrible

Yeah. I know dem feels. Can always try a tracet and see where your data is going and if it being routed like ass the ISP can fix that... Issue is getting the ISP to help you. I had that issue with comcast so my lag went from 300-350 to 100-150... But yet in wow I run 60-80 at all times even in raid. So Eso is just ESO. Tends to run laggy it is a feature and it just works like tom howard says.
