HI everyone,

I understand the value of Guild Traders (especially the open market person versus person)

WHat is the value though of the normal traders (NPC)
- Do people actually buy stuff from normal traders?
- I tend to sell normal items to them (my junk), however never buy anything because it is not really interesting
- Are there specific NPC traders that are relevant to visit and to buy stuff from?

    Enchanter Traders are worth it as you can buy Potencies for leveling characters or writs for far less gold than in Guild Stores. Not sure on CP160 Potencies, I dont shop for those.

    Otherwise, Vendoring Trash items and Repairs if you want to pay for them are about the only things I use a NPC vendor for. And, if I have repair kits, dont even use the Vendor.

    Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

    Chefs and brewers have recipes you need when progressing in the provisioning skill line and do provisioning writs.

    bag merchants and bankers to buy upgrades for inventory and bank space.

    And of course stables - to train your mounts.

    Is it also just me or gave treasury maps being sold via guild traders , have gone massively up in price

    In the past treasury maps were sold at 200 or 300 but now it is easily 1500 since last 2 weeks ...

    When I was crafting on all of my characters I would buy the style stones I needed. I was crafting on 18 characters so I went through a lot of them. Probably a much cheaper way to get them but buying from NPC was quick and easy.

    I should have used the Hollowjack style stones. I have a ton of those things and don't like how the style looks.

    If you do writs every day, you eventually run out of style stones as well, and they are cheaper at the NPC than at guild traders sometimes.

    I remember back before the crafting bag, style stones were going 200 for 50 Gold
