Your customer support is non-existent and a total farce. Monkeys could run this game better than most of you.
I have yet to see a single reply from any of you on a topic on these "Support Forums". There are a plethora of issues that are being reported and you are doing NOTHING to assure us you will fix it.
For a paid game such as this, it is not really acceptable that you would be so lazy as to answer people's questions on your own "Support Forum".
I know you won't read this anyway so I don't even know why I am typing it to be perfectly honest - best case scenario those who haven't noticed your incompetence by now will notice it.
If I am wrong, please let me know.
