Your customer support is non-existent and a total farce. Monkeys could run this game better than most of you.
I have yet to see a single reply from any of you on a topic on these "Support Forums". There are a plethora of issues that are being reported and you are doing NOTHING to assure us you will fix it.
For a paid game such as this, it is not really acceptable that you would be so lazy as to answer people's questions on your own "Support Forum".
I know you won't read this anyway so I don't even know why I am typing it to be perfectly honest - best case scenario those who haven't noticed your incompetence by now will notice it.
If I am wrong, please let me know.

Noth✭✭✭✭Most issues are addressed in stickies at the top. Other issues they tend to respond once or twice to. Check the dev tracker. A couple days go, every single dev post that day was a response to the support forums. Today it's much the same. I see some in the server status and new player (though threads that should be in support).0

Admittedly the replies are far fewer than they should be, but then a lot of these threads are openly hostile, and the Moderators (who can only pass the details along to the Devs(who don't post)) probably don't feel like wading into the stuff.

The "do" answer... I think you don't read enough of the threads and only want to vent... shame really... Don't expect people to reply to you if you insult them and call them names...
You try that in a restaurant when you send your steak back cause it isn't cooked right and you can rest assured they'll spit on your food.... I had high hopes for this game! I play a lot of hours like 16 hrs a day, and in no way I consider myself a hardcore player, I already find the difficulty of the game too high! Especially veteran dungeons, and the reward just sucks! I am not sure I want to keep playing, it is just boring without dungeons and raid to keep the game interesting!
