Congratulations, it looks like the gold+ antiquities bugs made it to console after having being fixed on PC. After all, wouldn't want you guys to miss out on any of the experience PC gets

Here is a kinda sorta working workaround for this - basically the treasure's actual visuals are misplaced and you have to dig up the shinies, not the chest itself. Mind you, the squares showing you relic location are still functioning correctly, so there will always be a relic under a green one and a relic close to a yellow one.

My advice, save your Master and Legendary Leads until the Patch.

And, until you hit L10 in Dig so you can get the extra time to Dig

Or, dig up the sparkles, which I could never really see, until I hit the bottom of the pit, which is why I waited.
