I think one big problem is that some people think that just because they have purchased a game, then they’ve also purchased the development company, and now have the right to demand what should be in the game, or what should changed. As the creators of the game, the developers own it. What they want to put in, take out or change is up to them. Yes, players have a right to make suggestions, but some players need to learn that they are not the owner of the company.

In my company we are focused on customers and we are adapting our products and services according to customers needs. Why? Because the customers pay and we can live with their money. Ok, there are many kids here and I don't think they understand how the companies lives in this competing environment. For a stand alone game, there is nothing to do: the game is as it is. But this game is continuously updated and upgraded so it should be open to new ideas, if they want our money for any new chapter, which is prized as a new game.

I'm 99% certain that for every single one of the "needs" of you as a customer, there will be other customers who have proposed the exact opposite. In my company we are focused on customers and we are adapting our products and services according to customers needs.

Now they are, if you want to cough up the credits.
Exactly. They only implement feedback they get from players as long as they can charge a premium for it in the clown store.
To be honest most "ideas" arent worth the papper they are written on.
