Altar of Celestial Convergence lead won't complete

I've tried submitting a ticket through your support website, but clicking "Log in" does nothing.
Anyway, the Altar of Celestial Convergence lead won't complete, despite the chest being fully uncovered. Tried 4 times, all 4 times I completely uncovered the chest, and was unsuccessful each time. This is in Craglorn.
Also, as a bit of feedback, the area for this is absolutely huge. Should be made a lot smaller.
