Secondly, I'm curious if you know where one can farm Diagram: Daedric Fence, Section. It's searchable on TTC which means it's likely to be in the game, but I haven't seen one listed at TTC for EU for at least a month. ATM, that's the only item I don't know the source of or have found in traders recently.

I suspect it's similar to Diagram: Hourglass, Common which can be pick pocketed from the 2 Priest NPC's in Kvatch, Gold Coast.

Furnishings are influenced drops in their area, unless its one of the exceptions that has everything on an RNG. So it would be a rare drop in Coldharbor, for salel at guild traders and is available in crown store for about 270 crowns (when you are in your house and press F5 and R)

On Google someone said they dropped it from killing a daedra at a dolmen in Bangkorai

No I did not, the value of items from the farms are tied to current server & platform market value which fluctuate and will thus make it true for some and not for others.

I do know however that drop rate does kinda work itself out to some kind of standard such as 2 per hour if you farm lets say for instance Plague Drenched Fabric from the Elsweyr Public Dungeon. Having said that some guildies on organised runs got 1p/h and others 3p/h and i thought it unwise for the guide to include a variable droprate.

To some degree yes, thanks. These days I can easily make 100k+ per hour, but my common ways are getting boring slowly. Since I must have fun even if I grind gold, I constantly look for new strategies.
Thanks for sharing the locations. I might check them out later to see if they can beat my income records.

It's difficult for console, the best they can do is
a) look at what the equivalent sells for on PC EU or NA on the Tamriel Trade Centre website or
b) pick the two top Trading guilds and see what players are listing the same item for in their guild store.

Take the road to the right as you leave Drudadach Wayshrine and you'll come across a small temple area at the dead end that contains several chests and containers. I've looted a good amount of purples and blues there. Reachmen and Solitude items, several of which sell high.

FORGET CANDY CRUSH - TRY HARVEST & SPOTIFY

There is lots of gold to be made harvesting these simple resources with a speed build
Rubedite Ore, Platinum Ore, Ansestor Silk, Alchemical plants mainly Bugloss, Columbine & Mountainflower
Use the harvestmap addon and filter out the other resources
You can also work out a garvest route that will have the resource respawned by the time you get to it again
Have the faster harvest and cgance to drop more from the resource CP slotted in the green tree

Here is a build that max outvyour running and harvesting speed
Try it, it made me a millionaire many times over in my poor and early days
