    Positives :
    - Antiquities is fun and is a pretty decent time waster until you reach the higher difficulties although this will probably be fixed soon

    - Some of the new world sets are pretty interesting to play with

    - Nchuthnkarst, I like this place, waves upon waves of enemies (even though its probably a bug) and the characters involved are probably far more interesting than those involved in the main story

    - Lots of pretty amazing new furniture and collectables to pick up from this chapter from looking around in the world, looting and antiquities

    Negatives :
    - Abysmal story almost identical to theme with Northern Elsweyr storyline but far worse, felt like a band of scooby doo detectives through out most of the story with very little fighting carrying Fenn & Lyris in toe.

    - Plot twist was weak and unsurprising the moment you stepped into the Blue Palace

    - Real main antagonist was barely mentioned and posed very little threat and the reason for disappearing was literally "well I gotta go now bye". I still can't even remember the name of the character lol. Forgettable.

    - Boss fights during the main story were laughably easy and the final boss fight lasted less than 8 seconds. We were critical about Elsweyrs difficulty but I thought kaalgrontiids encounter was a somewhat step in the right direction but this final battle was dead so quickly I probably didn't even see any of the mechanics lol

    - Constant 150ms-300ms in Western Skyrim & Blackreach isn't fun

    - Harrowstorms are badly designed, I get the idea was supposed to be chaotic but they take too long to spawn and have no indicator on the map, it also doesn't help that the wayshrines aren't placed very well in Western Skyrim and Blackreach. The Wrath of Crow enemies damage abilities are badly desynched and have been since Clockwork City release although this is a minor inconvenience.
I've not tried Kynes Aegis yet as I've not really found myself motivated to try it, the sets from that trial seem meh except for the medium set which might be fun to play around with in PvP.

Based on what I've seen so far it feels like chapters are getting smaller and smaller and for all Greymoors very small sparks of positivity it's very easy to see why a lot of people have found this chapter extremely underwhelming and not worth the asking price at all. Greymoor is only moor disappointment.

I'm liking all the new things to do and see.
The performance is less than good at times but any long term ESO player should be used to that.

Couldn't tell you what is bad or good about the chapter. I'm still waiting for ZOS to fix performance and bugs.

On the plus side, @dbgager, the world building was excellent this time around ... Blackreach is visually stunning once you step into it.

A lot of last week's issues have already been fixed. Still some pending fixes for things such as the higher level Antiquity digs.

This thread is asking about what people don't like about it specifically.

Well, I would like to complain about the lack of complaints complaining about all the complaining concerning the skyrim expansion

    Vampire rework isn't good
Storyline is boring and feels copy pasted
Characters do not recognize you being a vampire, dialogues make zero sense like this
There's no loot. Seriously. There just is no loot anywhere
Storms are not worth it at all
    Also bugs

For all people explaining all the negatives here, remember to also send them all via the in-game feedback system, even maybe several feedbacks, if you can't fit all of them in one.

I don't personally own Graymoor and I don't intend to buy it until it's really cheap to do so.

    - Solitude has maybe the best crafting area setup for writs
    - The bears smiling while scratching their backs on the trees

    Those are the highlights....[/quot e]

It is nowhere near as good and easy to work as Vivek City. Still by a mile the most effectively laid out crafting area in the game.

PvP sucks hard and balance is a meme.

Maelstorm re-farm in a glitchy arena full of lag and mechanics that work RNG

Ignoring any input on Mythic items and releasing them on live in their OP states

Oh, and after all of that? Nerfing Arch-mage and other sets that were not meta or overpowered to make room for mythic garbage players like me wouldn't equip if you paid us to, because we don't like getting carried by gear!

Those reasons alone made me not purchase Greymoor.

What are the issues people do not like. I am probably going to purchase at some point but it seems like it is not being well received.

    1. Unfinished content
    2. Missing dialogue
    3. Antinquities is good but grindy, but a lot of cool stuff from it
    4. Vampire rework is very sad. I could find a use for all abilities but vampiric drain, but even then the costs are too much
    5. Harrowstorms are bad in Western Skyrim. In Blackreach it seemed to follow a cycle, but top side it's a mess of waiting and chasing.
    6. Feels better to explore. Seem to find better treasures and leads now. So feels worthwhile checking all those containers. And the instrument side collection for bard college has thus far been put in nice places that you go "wonder what's down there" and you happen upon them as well.
    7. There's a few other things I told myself I should write down, because I was feeling really let down with the chapter and didn't want to forget for situations like this. Thing is that I refunded my Greymoor and ESO plus because I was so let down with PTS 6.0.3 massive nerf of vampire to being really not worth the costs and penalties. I'm MAKING it work now, but I KNOW that I'm not as good as I could be if I just dropped the skill line. But again I thought, well it's not that much money and it would pass the time since I was actually playing with people. But actually getting to spend more time in the chapter, I feel like I really don't want to spend money on this game anymore.

TL;DR there are some cool things. But Zos has killed any desire for me to spend money on this game anymore. And there's no nostalgia additions they could add to fool me into it again. Skyrim is here. Necromancers are here. Thief and Dark Brotherhood are in. They ruined vampires.

It is the first time, I have to report something new every day. Buggy harrowstorms, invincible draugr, lorebooks that are not getting to eidetic memory, quest with voicing desyncs. Everything just feels so rushed and unpolished.

Blackreach is another joke compared to Skyrim.

I am sad for people who didn't play Skyrim prior to this and missed that absolutely magical moment where you open the door to Blackreach for the first time. You're coming out of a relatively typical Dwemer ruin and then this spectacular, shimmering world opens up in front of you and it's just a really unforgettable experience. I walked around in there for hours just in awe of everything. Brilliant.

It was such a colossal mistake in my book to let us into Blackreach in the prologue quest. This is one of those areas you save for the finale, like the moons in Elsweyr, Clockwork City in Morrowind, or the Forgotten Vale in Dawnguard.
It makes the whole story feel disconnected from the world around you. Blackreach is supposed to be this completely forgotten other world below, where corrupted Falmer and Dwarven automatons rule over ancient secrets, and what we find down there is a mining village and a few werewolves with mange.
It's like coming to the end of the world and finding a Starbucks there.

I so very much agree with this sentiment. I just couldn't believe how badly they treated the whole concept. Blackreach is supposed to be far, far below the surface. A forgotten world where you are stalked by shapeless forms that watch you from the darkness with hungry eyes. It's a world of isolation, silence, and most of all darkness.

ESO Blackreach is a hurly-burly party zone full of light and noise. Meh I say. Meh.

Are a lot of the buildings closed and locked like they were in the two Elswyer zones? I thought that was rather lame.

Probably even more so, even important places like the castle in Solitude.

That really made me shake my head.
Solitude is already the smallest chapter capital to date, and they couldn't even fill the few buildings it has.

Kyne's rump, it's smaller than Q4 DLC capitals.
Alandrol Sul: He's making another Numidium?!?
Vivec: Worse, buddy. They're buying it.

While the artwork as again stellar, everything else is puerile, uninspiring, and completely forgettable. [snip]. Like most new content, it has this rushed, copy/paste, "We've done this a thousand times" feel to it.

They even have a chain and padlock on a gate that has nothing on the other side. Seriously. You can pan around and see empty space on the back side.
