I pre-ordered Greymoor standard edition. Could I upgrade to the Collector's Edition?

I submitted a Support ticket for this, but not sure it'll be looked at since I couldn't find the right category. 
As the title says, I'd like to upgrade to the Collector's edition of Greymoor to get the rest of the Collector's items, but I couldn't find an option to do so. Steam keeps saying I already purchased the game whenever I try to put the collector's edition in my cart. Is this something that's possible to do?
