Are these a future addition to the game? I can't seem to find much info on them but have not searched all that hard either.

✭✭✭So far the only leads that had required rank 10 to follow up on were some zone gold furnishings. I do remember finishing my first mythic item before reaching rank 10 so I doubt any other ones would require it so they are probably limited to just gold home pieces.0
