Red/Ultimate leads ?

Are these a future addition to the game? I can't seem to find much info on them but have not searched all that hard either.

I'm almost rank 10 in the new skilllines, I'd like to know more about these ultimate leads as well.

So far the only leads that had required rank 10 to follow up on were some zone gold furnishings. I do remember finishing my first mythic item before reaching rank 10 so I doubt any other ones would require it so they are probably limited to just gold home pieces.
