I am at the last and final stage of vMA. If I complete it will I get a Perfected vMA weapon?
Or do I have start over from stage one in order to qualify for the perfected version?

✭Yes if you run VMA you'll get a perfected restoration staff random weapon from last boss.PC/DC/NAserver
