Excessive lag, getting kicked to login screen with "Unable to contact Server" message

I'm logged into the game and experiencing massive lag (999+), then after awhile I get kicked to login screen with the message "Unable to contact Server". I immediately log back in and the process starts again. Worked fine earlier today but not now. Have great connectivity with ISP. My computer is up to date (drivers). Your FAQ links for troubleshooting are links to nothing (no file or page attached). So with my computer streamlined with all unnecessary apps closed (even tried it without Internet Security Software and Firewall), all drivers up to date, and a great connection to my ISP - it's lagging so bad it kicks me to the login screen.

flowyarg✭✭It's Spectrum (formally Charter). They are going up for awhile and then dropping. They won't say what's causing the problem, if fact they won't admit there is a problem.
You got to hate it when the electrons won't do what you want them to do.
