Disney's your only reference for creatures like a pixie (or fairies or wtv)?
Do a very quick search for pixies and you'll see they pre-date Disney's by almost 100 years...
At this point, it's public domain. So many RPGs I've played over the past 20 years have em in some way.
For the emperor's clothes thingy though I can't comment.11 -

You do realize disney has never done an original story right? Everything they have ever done is based on fairy tales, cultural myths/legends or (in the case of tinkerbell) from a book which drew upon those sources.8 -

I wouldn't say Nixads look like a fairy Tinkerbell. Have you ever looked at one up close? They look vicious and would probably rip into your arteries given a chance 😏PC - EU:

✭Even if the idea comes out of an fairy tale, there is nothing wrong with it. I actually like it a lot if they get referenced and the emperors new clothes is a very nice story with a nice moral, sadly in todays time many of them get forgotten. About fairies pixies and so on, they existed for multiple 1000 years already in many different forms and shapes in the mythology of many different cultures, like you know dragons.PC|EU0 -

But alas no such thing, sometimes the comedy dialogues that appear in eso are a breath of fresh air!

✭✭✭✭✭...I just wish they would finally give all those "naked nords" some proper medieval-style linen loincloths rather then those all too modern looking undies...
...or maybe something a bit more "cimmerian"...
...or even a even more "eastern" style:
It would make for a much more immersive experience, and also make it clear that the character is supposed to be unclad ratrher then merely missing their attire data...
