Just wondering, is the Mage Light spell shown client-side only, or can others see it?

Glowing eyes, glowing/smokey hands, giant orb of light. I found it odd I haven't visually noticed anybody else using it, but I'm sure many are. Am I just blind?

    So odd that I haven't noticed anybody else using it so far... it's quite useful.

    There is only so much you can do with 5 Skillslots for each bar. Thanks to that limitation you rarely see Magelight during PvE but i happen to notice it appearing more often during PvP. Also interesting piece of information:"I have never seen a mage sneaking with magelight"quoted from a fellow guildmate of mine.

    exactly. Pretty much what my guild fellow said. You do not see the mage or the caster of magelight when that person is sneaking.
