Mythic lead drop rates

Did they stealth hotfix mythic item lead drop rates or something? First day, my first 15 mythic leads each dropped within maybe 3-4 kills (of whatever the source). Some I am now doing 20+ kills and still no lead. Are other people experiencing the same?

Yes, I didnt get lead after 10+ tries, this is so annoying
