Can't create Necromancer on PTS

As the title states. I've seen lots of conversations about logging in and logging out etc, nothing works for me. Only downloaded the PTS about 6 months ago for the first time, and there's no option in the crown store to unlock the Elsweyr chapter. Anything I can do or am I stuck unable to test necromancers?

✭✭✭✭✭You might have to wait until the next PTS patch, @Jakengard ... if you don't already own Elsweyr.
No guarantees, but you'd think a Elsweyr DLC option and/or Necro offering would be in the Crown Store (both Live and PTS) by then.

Tried creating new template and non-template characters, tried travelling to Elsweyr but it tells me to go to the crown store and buy the chapter and then it's not there, etc 😂 no worries, guess I'll have to wait or just do parses on live! 0
