Why? It's not like they are totally OP. Also, isn't it a rather long grind? Many players prefer to actually PLAY the game and collect a thing here and there, not hunt for every piece of new equipment immediately for hours on end.

The only nice one was the glenumbra public dungeon wich gave me the lead after killing 4 of the bosses inside...... I have ran elden hollow 27 times now (this include normal, vet and hardmode) and still no drop not to mention that digging them up is also bugged..... I would say it is hard enough to get them..... Now if we where to make it a guaranteed drop then sure lets make it harder but as is... Please no I wanna play the game not grind forever.... Btw if you want a challange get the thrasian stranglers( zos forgot to add one lead to the drop table so hopefully that is hard enough for ya)
Edit:spelling error

Like Masters or Maelstrom Weapons, these items should be tougher to achieve.
As powerful as they are, I think the difficulty should be ramped up a bit!
That is all.

A grind like this is not difficult at all, it is just mindless.
Considering how difficult it is to get the best sets otherwise - with good reasons -
IMHO it is essentially pay to win how ZOS sells powerful "mythic" set items with Greymoor.
ZOS told the community: "We want to narrow the gap"
However, in reality ZOS does exactly the opposite:
Selling mythic items with Greymoor, every long time player now can just buy "Malacath's Band of Brutality" with Greymoor and a few hours of mindless grinding to get the perfect means for slaughtering newbies in PvP to show how badass players they are. Sorry, but this is widening the gap between long time players and new players - not narrowing it.

THIS would have been the healthy tradition of ESO.
People should earn the most powerful items
instead of just buy and grind them with Graymoor.
No, they can't.LadyNalcarya wrote: »Every newbie who bought Greymoor because they liked Skyrim can get these items.

To get "Malacaths Band of Brutality", as an example,
- people have to BUY Wrothgar (to find Malacaths Brutal Might Loop)
- people have to BUY Imperial City (to find Malacaths Brutal Rune Core)
- people have to develop enough damage to kill world/imperial city bosses
Consequence: While most long time players can get "Malacaths Band of Brutality" in just BUYING Greymoor and 1 to 7 days of of mindless grinding, for most new players this means: Newbies will be slaugthered in PvP even faster... - if they don't buy Wrothgar, Imperial City or ESO+. This is what PAY TO WIN means.
