Okay new heads up, I cant change weapon sets. It gives a little error sound and the same happens when i try to cast a spell that costs magicka. Changed weapons by putting other weapons there and change my skills, tryed to use all my skills that use magicka but it wont work. Stamina skills work fine, the weapon ones, but its my class skills that keep not working. When i try to sprint when i'm on my feet it works but as soon as im mounted it doesnt. So its not something that has to do with my keyboard. I tryed disabeling all my add ons, doesnt work, tryed reloading ui, doesnt work. Tryed to relog and wait for an hour but that doesnt work either. Whenever i play on a other char wich is dragonknight aswell all the skills work so its character based. Whenever i cast a spell it looks like my toon starts casting but stops right after 1 or 2 sec and doesnt complete it... Please help! I'm a Nord dragonknight vet 1 using sword and board and a 2h weapon, dont know if that info is usefull..
