Queue for 2 hours and still no access to game

Can you please at least respond to why a person would be queue'd for 2 hours and the your timer ( which incidentally does not countdown) said the approximate time was 17 minutes in queue.
Some reasonable answer is really not too much to ask for.

I'm having a similar issue, I got past the queue to character select where it's just been an infinite load screen for nearing 30 min... wouldn't be at all surprised if it goes on for 2 hours...

It's probably more of an estimated wait, than a timer. But then I haven't seen the que yet.

Its a temporary permanent queue... Like Nixon taking us off the Gold Standard temporarily back in the 60's...

The very idea that a customer should have to wait in a queue for access to a game they have paid for and continue to pay for is arrogant and inept. I have paid for greymoor and now am told I have to "stand in line" to use it. The word for this is Fraud.

Absolutely shameful. It may be too late to get my money back from ZO$ for greymoor, but it isn't too late to cancel my subscription.

Server issue was known since January system admin team did not order hardware probably not till today? April 11th 2 weeks out means they ordered server blades and hardware... Like omg I am laughing so hard right now. Worst system admin team.
