Fine. Ok with that too. That would still put subscribers ahead of 1000's who don't spend anything or less than the sub cost. This queue time is nonsense. They should have spun up more servers to handle that load and offset those transient costs with all the money they make off preorder sales, crown store and subs. A short queue would be somewhat understandable. But this is unacceptable for the money we spend and the revenue they generate.
