how to avoid bot spam

I evidently accepted an invite into a guild during beta that wasn't a guild, but was a mailing list for gold bot spam emails.

Everyday I get 2 emails from this person taunting me and extending their offer to exchange dollars for in-game gold.

Is there anything I can do to stop this besides cancel my account?

I'd say get in touch with customer support directly and provide them with the info they need to get the people involved in that spam and trading banned from the game?

I get these and i am in a guild that has going in various games for 5 years.I dont think it will be the guild you joined in beta.

Also we have our own trading guild if you are in more than one guild the odds are one of those people in there is the "In-Game-Gold" Plant.
