I have no patience left anymore after seeing what's happening with each update to this game's performance becoming more unplayable every single time with nothing done about it. There needs to be consequences for such a big mistake not once but twice in a row and I don't see that happening.
What is being done to prevent this issue from happening again?

iamDemi✭✭It's frustrating for everyone. I guess my issue is that I work in the Information Technology field and have for sometime now. Typically when you are rolling out an update/change to Software, you do have Test Servers to make sure you don't run into a snag on full release. It's why you have a lot of beta software. I thought the whole point of test servers are to resolve these issues prior to them hitting the live servers or what exactly is the point? I understand there are times where things can happen that is out of their hands but when it becomes consistent like this, then it's a problem with business, management, coders and should be looked into more carefully.
Most of us have purchased every expansion since the game came out, purchased crowns, pay the monthly subscription and this money should be going to help improve the game no doubt but often we aren't seeing it on the client end. I have a big problem with how Cyrodiil is during Prime Time. It's the worst I've seen since beta days. I love this game but have went on hiatus several times due to frustration of skills not working or delayed by 3-5 seconds, stuck in combat, can't mount and have to literally run on foot in cyrodiil until I finally log out of Cyrodiil and back in. Eh, what can we do beside wait it out.
Frustrated gamers. grrrrrr

You could never defeat me in a duel. You wouldn't be the first to try and nobody has been able to do it successfully. Do you know how many siege battles and faction stacks I've persevered?

Server down for 2 hours now with no ETA in sight so it could be a few more hours because the new chapter was free for everyone? How could such a large issue be allowed to be released into live? What testing if any if being done before these patches are pushed out?
What compensation will we be receiving for the game being down most of the day when it was promised to be released at 08:00?
We should get a compensation. I don't even know why I rushed and bought this God Damn chapter before it's time. I should've just waited *FacePalm*1 -
